What is Pragmatism?
People who are pragmatic focus on actions and solutions which are likely to succeed in the real world. They don't get entangled by idealistic theories that might not be practical in the real world.
This article examines three principles of pragmatic inquiry and details two project examples on the organizational processes of non-governmental organizations. It argues that the pragmatism is a valuable research paradigm to study the dynamic processes.
